Looking for advice for my bf

Hi everyone! My bf (22M) started looking into environmental protection and issues and as a result decided to reduce the amount of meat he eats. I would love to help him with tips and advice but I am finding it hard since I also never liked meat and as a result it was not that hard for me to turn vegetarian. Do you guys have any tips what to cook for him and what meat-replacements to use ? I would appreciate any advice!
