since being a vegetarian I am gaining a lot of weight
Post Body
I have recently become a "vegetarian" (there is probably a more exact term but it is of the 'don't eat things with a face' variety). I don't actually like a lot of vegetables though.
Regardless, since then, I am hungry nearly all the time and have actually been gaining weight. I am not sure if this is directly related to the diet change - my body trying to get some specific thing that it feels is lacking?
Anyway, any similar experiences?
