I'm a newbie gardener. I started several different veggies from seeds, and they got really leggy and weak due to insufficient light. I ordered this grow light to use with my next attempt: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H57K565/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (40W Dual Head, 36 LED red/blue spectrum lights)
Is this adequate for starting herbs and veggies? It had good reviews and was within my miniscule budget, but I don't want to go through another round of seeds only to have the same problem again. Does anyone have experience with this type of grow light or any useful lighting tips for seedlings?
