My tomatoes are planted inside the degradable cardboard planters I’m not sure if I put them in the garden bed too early or if the cardboard planters are interfering. The kale is just straight in the bed. My soil is mostly miracle grow all purpose garden soil with a top layer of sta-green fruit and vegetable (my fiance bought different bags) I’ve recently put potash sprinkled near the tomatoes. Any ideas how I can improve them overall? This is my first year gardening. I’m in east texas.
