Since local is core, imma gyms my post's mission.
I want to know if you giys know of any local body building gyms? Im looking for a local family business feel. Cheaper than the Lift Factory, but id be open to more the 10 buck planet fitness membership. Really dont want to go to eos 24 hour fitness (basically franchised boxes that will take most of my monies just to sign up.)
Im just a bug dude trying to loose about a 100 pounds ive done it before and i intend to do it once more.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Live long and prosper dudes.
