I would love to hear from both perspectives as a renter and as a landlord. I've lived in Vegas for 9 years, mostly renting houses, and the experience was less than ideal. Now I own a brand new home (built in October 2022) and I've since decided to move across the country. I want to find a property management company to take care of renting out my home for me. Maintenance shouldn't be an issue, everything is new and I took great care of my home. I want a management company that will not only find me great tenants but will treat them with dignity and respect. Attend properly to anything that needs maintenance. I want things to be easy for my tenants and for me. I'm not looking to gouge on rent or anything like that. It'll barely cover my mortgage and management fees and that's good enough for me. I just want to be the rare landlord that actually cares. Who should I look into in the valley?
