Based on the reviews of the apartments on google, it seems that its gone downhill with lots of crime and bad management.
I was looking at reddit comments from years ago and it looked like #Spur or Elysian On The District were some go to places. But since then have had many issues based on google reviews.
I'm from a Midwest city and the only apartments that are good are $1.2K-$2K. Do I need to find an apartment that's like $3K to even have a chance at not having major issues come up?
Anyone currently living in apartments in these areas?
