Hi LV locals.
I transplanted to Vegas (Summerlin area) yesterday from KY (you're welcome to downvote me now lol RIP) and I'm looking for a step-job that can supplement my day job.
I've had a strong interest in the (not video) gaming industry for a few years now, and I would like to supplement my day job with part or full-time work in a casino cage. The cash movements pique my interest and are fascinating to me.
Is it reasonable and/or possible to land work in the cage department of one of the many casinos Vegas and its satellites have? I'd be interested in part or full-time swing/grave shift work. (:
(If it's not reasonable, what kind of pay would I be looking at to make it full-time for the open availability hospitality seems to require? I find the work very fulfilling and satisfying and could potentially make it my main thing if it competes with my current 52k salary)
