Hi all--I could use a recommendation for honest HVAC people. We like the company we usually use but they can't get out to diagnose our issue until Monday. We don't want to run the upstairs unit due to it making a strange noise, so that means no AC upstairs until Monday! I'm trying to find a back-up company that maybe can come out sooner. But I've been sifting through reviews and the one star reviews on all these places are alarming. I've also noticed that a few companies have obviously fake 5 star reviews. When all your five star reviews are written in the same voice--and the person posting has left no other reviews--it's pretty obvious. I have no idea who to trust.
