Anybody’s AC not reaching their desired temp?

I set it to 70 yesterday and it was at 72 the whole day. It didn’t reach 70 til nighttime…
Even as I type it’s at 74 💀
This AC is only a couple years old and I got the summer maintenance about a month ago idk what I’m doing wrong
