Anywhere I could go to possibly save my hair? Severely matted from chronic illness. Local recommendations

Caught COVID in December of 2023, developed long COVID POTS/dysautonomia and severe fatigue which made me bedridden for awhile and by the time I knew it my hair was impossibly matted to fix by myself. Are there any hair salons or places where I could lay down and have it fixed? Can't sit up for long periods. Do not want to cut my hair as I spent a long time growing it out and loved it. 19M if that changes anything.
