Wife and I decided to try Metro Pizza for the first time tonight, and we were very disappointed. We placed our order for a small pizza, spaghetti, and two sides at 7:38PM and was told the estimated delivery time would be 8:38 PM. By 9:07, starting to get impatient, I called to get an update and was told the driver had just left with two orders and mine would be the second, it’ll be there soon. Still no food as of 10:10PM, so I call again, and this time am told he left with three deliveries and I’m probably the last, just wait and it’ll get there. Conflicting information from two employees, who both seemed to care less about the situation, and still no food two and a half hours later, that’s always a great sign.

As of 11:24PM, still no food, no update, and they are stopped answering the phone.

Sorry for the rant, just extremely pissed off as that was the last of our money til tomorrow afternoon, and now we are going to bed hungry. Wtf!?
