Is discount tires good?

I’m looking to get me and my wife some new tires but I’m not trying to get the best top notch tires, she’s selling her car writhing the next two or 3 years and I’m planning on getting some AT tires later as well, just need some good new tires because our tires now are fucked. What are the best places to get a reasonably priced set of tires?
