Visiting solo this week and need help deciding a good steakhouse

I'll be staying 2 nights in Fremont and 2 nights at the MGM Grand this week. From the general consensus, it seems like Bavette is highly rated on reddit. Should I be considering any other steakhouse, especially since I will be staying downtown for 2 nights? I've heard a lot of good things about Barry's, as well as Herbs and Rye, and Golden Steer but I won't have a car for the later locations. I will need to sit at the bar since I will not have any reservations. Too many steak choices in Vegas! Thanks!!
