Poker: anonymous way to call the clock?

My cousin and I are gonna be in town soon and have never played poker live. We’ve played small family games but never in a casino with strangers. We’ve watched these videos on players that take too long and have the clock called on them but it usually ends up pisses off the player who’s thinking.

Is there any way to call clock in an anonymous way so the player doesn’t know who exactly called it? I suffer from anxiety and hate when someone is confronting me but I really just want to go and enjoy some fun and live poker.
