Coming to town this weekend. Mrs Banks and I are looking for a place to have a drink or 3 after dinner. We will be dressed up, think stilettos and sexy dress for her. Looking for a bar or some place to mingle, talk, and feel sexy vibes. We generally love being outside, having a view, and not too crazy crowded so no night club where we can't move. We do like music and a bit of dancing dancing, but not required. Years ago liked bar/club on top of Rio or the bar high in Mandalay as examples. Also went to Burlesque one yr and enjoyed the sexy vibes.

Any suggestions? Ideal location near Venetian or Cosmo as having dinner at one of those. Thinking 10pm to 1ish timeframe?
