Recommendations for places to dance

My wife and I are coming to Vegas next week. My wife loves to dance, but neither of us are big EDM fans, nor are we into the big club scene. Does anyone have any recommendations for any smaller clubs or bars with active dance floors that are open on a Thursday night? Something where the music strays more towards Pop, Hip Hop, and R&B? We are staying on the Strip, but don't mind venturing off Strip. Thanks in advance.
