What are your favorite recipes for when you are cooking for just one person?

I'm currently not at home, and am looking for recipes to make just one or two servings of because I don't really have people to share food with nor the option to freeze things. I do have access to a pretty standard kitchen and a decent supermarket (but I'm not in the US).
ETA: Forgot to add: I sadly can't eat lentils :(
