Hello,
I am not vegan, but my campus' vegan chicken nuggets are delightful. I enjoy regular nugs but these are also delicious. A little thicker than normal chicken in a way i really enjoy, but melts in the mouth. I assume its seitan based?? They said the brand/package is Beyond Chicken Tenders.
But like, how is the pricing compared to normal chicken nuggets? (The packaging says tenders, but they were large nuggets in my opinion). Is it worth it? Is it cheaper to make them at home if I don't already have ingredients like pea protien?
