Any idea on recipes to cook this into something that will last a few days? I don't have a fridge or cooler so something to cook- I saw hummus bread recipes, looking for any other ideas :)

Thank you! -young broke and began

Update! So far - "falafel", I'll add some flour or bread crumbs -quiche - burger, I have some lentils left or maybe some black beans.. or oatmeal and carrots? Something to give it body - cheese maybe but I only have cornstarch so maybe not for my ventures - an idea using hummus as a batter to fry veggies- not sold on this -bread, which made me wonder about wraps

Wraps! Added about 3-4 TB of cornstarch to one 8oz tub of hummus, then add water until crepe batter texture. I cooked over oil on a cast iron, thinner was better, thicker ones too way too long to not have a mushy layer- not for me but might be the vibe for someone else. Wait until it looks almost dry on top before flipping to make sure it holds its shape

Update: made black bean hummus burgers with some oatmeal to bind and a wee bit of cornstarch. Killer with the right seasonings and juicy! Surprised at how tasty it was :o

Update: boiled some lentils in just enough water and no-beef bullion then added a tub of the garlic hummus and a lot of pepper and made poutine with Southern style "gravy" with some other veggies and fries we found! Super filling - too filling haha
