Looking for chewy foods

I have some sensory issues and sometimes crave chewy foods. So far I've found stale bread, rice paper bacon, dried fruits, and tough candy like licorice or gummy bears to be able to satisfy that need - I basically want something that I can chew for a long time and that gives me plenty of resistance before I can swallow it.
Do you have more ideas of foods or recipes I could try? In particular things that aren't sweet, I'm struggling to find options there.
