Mussels idea?

I play music at restaurants and tonight’s restaurant has French style cuisine. They offer mussels and honestly it smelled really good at customers’ tables. Mussels used to be a favorite of mine when I was a kid and would love some ideas as to recreating this dish without the cruelty!

Yeah, probably. I’ve only played around with white wine sauce once and I remember it smelling divine
