Hello everyone!!

I've been trying to get on a consistent fitness journey.

I think I've managed to get my nutrition on the right track (a lot of lentils, beans, chickpeas, oats, nutritional yeast and spinach)

However the training part has being tough. I am 33M now. I am doing a PhD and working. I hired a personal trainer that advised me to do HIIT for results (given the time I have) but I have chondromalacia.

I struggled with her workouts and end up canceling.

I struggle to do things like burpees and weighted squats because of knee pain.

Did anyone experience something similar? I could use some advice on how to train.

I love your posts here! Love you all <3
