Howdy all!
I'm used to long workout sessions and 5 to 7 mile runs, however I've started up with Jiu-jitsu and boy this is kicking my butt.
Does anyone have any extra tips to aid recovery?
I am taking my usual supplements, extra turmeric and BCAAs, cal mag pills etc.
Keeping my protein around 20 to 30 per serving.
I realize it's part conditioning and knowing my limits during sparing however my ego gets the best of me haha....
Going to home depot to pick up a 70gal tub to take a icebath after a hard session.
