New to weightlifting need a plan.

Hi everyone, I live in Berlin and just joined a membership that gives me entrance to different gyms around the city including that have free weights.

I want to start lifting but have no experience. I do a lot of yoga and push-ups, speed rope, and rock climbing. I don't want to spend a ton of time in the gym just a basic routine I can slowly add weight to and practice regularly with confidence.

I need both a set workout to do and some basic guidelines on how to not be a total noob with the bars and plates. I am looking at stronglifts 5x5. My goal is to add more muscle and definition and support my overall health. I am 5'6" 145lbs.
