I'm signing up for a gym and have a question about eating. Some background: 5'2, 130 wanting to get to 120. I commute 90 minutes one way. By the time I will make it to the gym, it will be about 7pm and I figure I'll work out about 45-60 minutes. I'll hopefully get home about 8. Do you think it's fine to just have a protein shake for dinner? I hate eating heavy before bed because it makes me uncomfortable. I want to be in bed for 930ish since I wake up at 5am to be on a train at 540am. Insane I know. But I'm hoping to work out the food part asap. Thanks for reading.
