Feeling weak and demotivated

Hi all,

I had been consistent with my workouts for four months, but then I started feeling weak. I couldn't lift as much as I used to, and I wasn't making progress in increasing my weight. I was losing 1-2 lbs/week. As a result, I lost motivation and haven't been back to the gym to lift weights since.

My current weight is 160 pounds, and my goal is to reach 150 pounds. I'm looking for recommendations on a workout routine that can help me achieve this goal. Mix of cardio/weights, if it’s too complex and lot then I lose interest in long term.

Diet-wise, I follow a vegan diet and avoid junk food. My daily calorie intake is around 2000 calories, although it's slightly higher on weekends.

My current workout plan consists of 3-4 days per week, with a push/pull/leg variation. I do 3-4 sets per exercise, with the last set being a failure set.

I'm based in Houston, so if anyone needs a gym buddy, I'd love to connect!
