For context I currently have 3 meals that I rotate, two of them use tvp, the other used linda mccartney sausages (bloody 12 of them) and I want to swap one out. With TVP are Bean chilli and chickpea curry (favourite) and the sausage one is a basic creamy mushroom pasta. I want to swap the pasta one because it doesn't really taste too nice (maybe a bad recipe) plus the sausages are a little expensive, any ideas? I was wondering if I could just make it a tomato pasta but then that would be every meal a tomato based one... maybe a dhal? idm if its tofu but I would prefer the protein to be cheap-ish. I've just seen a red lentil pasta sauce... anyway just pls drop some suggestions ! Thank you
