Diet and Constipation

I figured I’d ask here since you may have similar diet habits.
Here’s what I mainly eat. I add different color vegetables every week.
90% wfpb.
Tofu, mukimame, Tvp, seitan.
Beans, lentils.
Sweet potato, broccoli, peas, tomatoes, russet potato.
Almond milk
Pea protein 20-30g
I drink some Coke Zero and eat sour patch a few days a week.
Any advice on what’s causing or what to take to help move things along is appreciated.
