The research group which I was in for my course in uni couldn't fathom not using animal flesh to get "prettier results", while it was easily possible. They went as far to say I should "just respect their opinion in this matter" and "we're gonna do it anyway". When I asked if they wanted to visit a vigil with me to see my perspective as to not use animal parts they responded with "stop advertising your veganism".
So now I'm working alone with the work pressure of 4 members on a new project that does not include animal parts or animal testing. Gonna be a fun couple of weeks!
