Hello,
I'm currently trying to cut down on consuming meat (chicken, pork, beef, fish) and dairy (milk, cheese). The problem is that I'm a pretty big fan of those two. I was just wondering if you guys have any recommendations for food products or brands that can replace them. I live in a somewhat-small town, so the more accessible, the better.
Thank you.
I looked on the FAQ, I don't think that I found a suitable answer. If I missed something, please let me know and I'll delete this post (or keep it as a references for others to link to).
