Hey all, I have a condition where my body consumes a lot of energy and therefore burns a lot of calories.
I've lost about 5kg since going vegan 5 months ago and I would like to gain this weight plus more back.
I'm looking for some real vegan weight makers, I am currently eating rice, potaties or pasta every meal, about 500 grams of beans and rice every day, lentils, quinoa, sunflower seeds, a lot and a lot of olive oip on every meal and about 200 grams of nuts daily.
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
