There’s this one called gorilla mind and I’ve been going back and forth with it in my head and researching it...I know that no one supplement makes any big difference...if anything no supplement means better health long term...but then again...nootropics aren’t multivitamins...
I’m just looking to try one to see if I’ll be less exhausted, body will be less stressful, and more energized to exercise and not have any long term organ damage if any kind I.e. heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, etc.
Are is it a waste of time and money cuz they’re all just caffeine at the end of the day? Cuz I know when u first start taking them, there can be some side effects where ur body adjusts to the ingredients...and I don’t think I wanna deal with this either...but then again I haven’t tried any so I can only tell from trying...
Gorilla mind, that’s the name...of y’all have any experience with it?
