I was eating 80% vegan except for cheese (yeah I know). I made the decision to become vegetarian when I was 13, and at 22 it can be easy to forget footage seen so long ago, and how much it impacted me. While I watched the documentary I started sobbing almost immediately, not just because it is graphic but also because of my guilt. I tried any number of mental gymnastics to justify cheese, but seeing the images of this horrific industry cut any excuse much too fucking short. I encourage anyone on the fence browsing this sub to watch dominion and spread it like wildfire. I am only sorry I didn’t switch sooner 💔 Follow your empathy this holiday season, my friends!
