Animal Rebellion is using mass civil-disobedience to demand that governments urgently transition to 100% plant-based food production systems. Their first major action in solidarity with Extinction Rebellion starts on 07 October.
"Our ultimate aspiration is to make the world a 100% vegan, where no animals are suffering and the environmental crises resolved. We are a very young organisation, but we have big plans. As part of the first major action in London we will occupy the biggest meat market in the UK for one night and then move on to occupy the roads at Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for almost two weeks."
