I had some seriously amazing mock tuna/salmon/some other fish at a vegan Chinese restaurant a couple days ago, and I'm wondering if it's possible to get my hands on the stuff for home use. Has anyone seen it available for sale?
To clarify, I don't mean like tuna salad or smoked salmon, it was slices of raw 'fish' like you'd find on sushi. My mom sampled a piece and declared it spot-on, and she'd had the real deal only the day before! Didn't have that weird 'bouncy' texture that a lot of mock-seafoods have, either.
