Any Advice For My Situation

Ive been vegan for the last 4 days the plan was to try this while my parents were gone than wait till i got my own place but now I really don't want to go back to eating meat. the thing is my parents are well.. I don't even know the word for it my father swerves to hit animals he almost died 3 times and had to shit threw a bag in his stomach for month solely because of his meat consumption (doctors words not mine) after this ordeal he didn't even cut back on meat. he admits that it was a dietary problem but still thinks meat is healthy in some weird display of cognitive dissonance. my mother has no concept of health she thinks red meat, fried food, and custard tarts are healthy but "CHEMICALS!!!" and medicine is bad. she literally yes literally not figuratively eats meat with every meal if I only take a normal amount she will try to call me back saying stuff along the lines of "wait no you didn't get enough meat look there's more meat, more meat, more meat you need protein in your diet " i think my best option is to hide that i'm vegan have any of you done this? is there some other solution i'm not seeing ? is vegan beef jerky a thing? it's all that i miss

TL;DR: FUCK Australian culture. also how do I hide that i'm vegan from my parents
