Can FullyRaw Kristina really call herself vegan?
Post Body

So there's been some drama the last day or 2 because Kristina put some pictures on instagram of her wearing calf and goat leather shoes, she also tagged the designer of the shoes in the post. Obviously a lot of people are kinda pissed, but I'm quite surprised at how many people are saying to just leave Kristina alone and not berate others for their mistakes.

Unfortunately this is by no means the first time Kristina has either worn something, or taken part in something that completely goes against the vegan lifestyle. She's posted pics of leather goods in the past and recently went riding on elephants in Bali or somewhere.

I guess I just think she shouldn't really call herself vegan. She's promoting the lifestyle and has created a successful business off of it but then wears leather and rides elephants?

Obviously I can just unfollow her but I think when you're promoting a certain lifestyle and making money off it, you have a duty to represent it honestly.

Veganism isn't a pick and choose style life. You can't just ignore aspects of it because oooh pretty shoes. The majority of the comments are actually people standing up for her. Apparently if you present yourself as a spiritual, positive, radiant type person 90% of the time then it doesn't matter if you do negative things the other 10%. Even if that involves promoting leather goods.
