I am someone exploring veganism and I am looking for a documentary preferably, other media is good too like articles, videos, books etc, that are fact based and informative on the ethics and health benefits of veganism.

I’ve been recommended things like Earthlings but what I want and am looking for is fact based information not just shock value if that makes senses. I don’t doubt or disagree that the killing of animals for food or other products is wrong. Just the way my brain works I need info and facts. If anyone has any suggestions that would be much appreciated!! Thank you in advance.
