I’m a 25M truck driver and I’m about to start my vegan journey. I don’t want to be one of those truck drivers who have a shit ton of health problems because of bad eating habits and I really wonna lose weight. I made a commitment to myself that I would go to the gym 4 days a week and cut out sugar food and drinks. What meals do y’all recommend and how has yall journey been. What’s has been the Hardest thing about it? Thank y’all
Try checking out r/PlantBasedDiet, they're more focused on the health aspect and would have some good info for ya!
