Work trip coming up with virtually no vegan options.

Post Body

Hey all brief context, I started a new job that is fully remote but for one week (5 days) I will for the most part be at or around my companies headquarters. I won't have a car as someone else will sort of drive and pick me up / drop me off from the airport and such and this week I've been getting emails about meal choices. I plan on either ubering or ordering a weeks worth of grocery's via delivery that I can eat before or after work.

My question really is "any advice on how to minimize awkwardness" of me not eating at restaurants. One place is basically a bar and grill with only meat options and I also don't drink alcohol.

I don't want to isolate myself from my work team / or make people think differently of me. There is 1 fully vegan restaurant that I'm hoping to try at least once during my trip via doordash!
