why do so many people get defensive over honey consumption?
Post Body

everytime ive brought up the inhumane practises in the honey industry people think that just consuming honey does no harm, its not killing them etc and completely deny that factory farming bees is harmful, to the bees or enviroment id bring it up on other sub reddits, point out some seriously inhumane sutff and get downvoted to oblivion even tho the things im bringing up are completely valid. it seems like alot of people cant look at this type of stuff in an unbiased view. ill link them to earthling eds video on bee farming and they will call it vegan propaganda etc and i know beekeepers who do it different lol. theres no getting through to these people lol.

edit its typical to see so many people defendng the exploitation of honey bees in the comments lol.
