Should I rate vegan bakery 5 stars?

I live in a city with many fully vegan restaurants. Usually they are great and I rate them 5 stars on Google. Even if they’re maybe a 4 out of 5 I tend to rate them as 5 to give them that like bit of support.
Today I went to a vegan bakery and the donut was not good. I don’t want to be a detriment to a vegan business, but I also want to give honest feedback. Should I rate 5 stars or the honest 2 stars??
