Hi all,
Idk if it's too smart to say on here, but I'm an avid omnivore and hobby/home cook.
Recently, I've let myself in with this amazing girl who I hope to turn into my girlfriend soon and wife later. And well, she's vegan!
Bit of a paradigm shift as you guys might understand, but I'm open.
I wanna try and spoil and surprise her with some delicious meals. So I was hoping to ask for you guyses bestest date-night vegan recipes!
In the past when trying to cook vegan food (I have tried, just not very often) the one thing I almost can't seem to work around is cream, I just never found any of the substitutes to work well enough when used in sauces/dishes. So I was also hoping to find some wisdom on this subject too.
I hope some people wanna help me and I'm looking forward to a new realm of cooking!
