Hi. So I’ve been vegan for like 4months now and my protein intake is struggling. I genuinely do enjoy eating mainly vegetables and fruits, if I could only eat them I would but fr fr my protein is struggling especially since I’ve been working out a lot more. Problems: I HATE TOFU!!! Not completely, but I would much rather not eat it regularly it’s just not my speed. I do eat chickpeas, beans all of that but it genuinely doesn’t seem enough? Or is this part of being vegan? Also how does nutritional yeast taste like? Idk idk I just want some good protein tips maybe even recipes if u have any to offer thank you, luv u, have a beautiful day!
