Hi. So I was thinking about this recently.
Plastic from our lives often ends up hurting animals. We may not see it but it is directly hurting them.
Growing certain plants (avocado, wheat, cotton) using conventional or even organic practices kills a lot of animals.
Even birth control that we pee out not taken out of the water system is known to directly harm amphibians. And any guy who is having sexual relations with a woman on hormone birth control is partially responsible for that, not just women.
But how are other people dealing with this aspect of harming animals?
//edit. Comments are focusing on the wrong thing. I'm not asking to make killing animals right. I'm asking if that's it. That's the bare minimum. Just done eat them don't wear their skin. It's okay if the company kills them en masse to produce cotton that was systematic but indirect so it's okay? To me that doesn't seem right but many comments are suggesting it aggressively which is...I guess a vociferous response but not what I'm looking for.
