One is more attracted to a person with :

1. Their Ascendant conjunct to your Venus and falls in the same sign.
2. Their Ascendant is your 7th House sign and close to your ascendant degrees.
3. Both Venuses are conjunct and fall in the same sign.
4. Their Mars and Your Venus are conjunct and in the same sign (or vice versa)

I do admit that it's a bit dazzling and really confusing and I am constantly trying to seek for answers.
