If vs With Statements for moving data?

VBA newbie here, but I’m loving learning and am trying to learn how to move data from one sheet to another at the end of a table.
Would either of these work? For example if I have a range of cells that I want moved into my table/database, could I just use a with statement to do this?
Then if I wanted certain criteria for this transfer, I would include IF statements? For example if I didn’t want blank cells added into my table.
Am I understanding this right?
