I don't really understand Header:=xlNo

Post Body

I mean, I understand it in that it 'Specifies whether the first row contains header information' - but what is not clear, even directly from microsoft is whether:

Header:=xlNo means that there IS a header

or if

Header:=xlNo means that there is NO header

My worksheet HAS a header. I want my code to leave it alone.

I understand that you can specify xlGuess if you want Excel to attempt to determine the header. But that is not what I want.

Thankyou! This should be an easy one to answer haha.
