Our voices need to be heard by the judge NOW, and this "scheme" needs to be stopped immediately. Yes, we could wait for a vote and then vote it down, but why waste time on that at a $367,000 per month price tag if we can show the judge NOW that we are against "Vauld 2.0 business restart"?

Even if you don't agree with every word of the petition, please sign it if you want to see the restructuring voted down by the judge and for an independent 3rd party liquidator to be put in charge of returning our funds ASAP. That is the main point of this petition.

One thing to remember regarding the main point of contention against liquidation– even in a court-appointed liquidation, the moratorium against outside lawsuits would continue. So that should not be of concern.

Again, it simply comes down to this – do you want an independent 3rd party to audit Vauld and handle the return of your funds, or do you want them to continue to manage this process as Darshan attempts to launch his "next failed business" with the benefit of our captive funds?
